Creative Casting Q2 net profit up 4.63% at Rs 1.13 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.63 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 5.00 per cent at Rs 12.82 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.94 per cent to Rs 11.68 crore from Rs 11.13 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 13.73 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.51 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 6.54 per cent to Rs 1.14 crore as against Rs 1.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.14 per cent in September quarter.
Taxation decreased by 19.44 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Sep'22 Rs 0.36 crore).
